Moreover, to make things easier, she gives you over one hundred delicious, easy-to-make recipes that will keep you healthy as you age.
Note, I created two versions of this book; one is the quick guide without recipes for those that are not interested in cooking but still want to know what it takes to age well. The second version is the cookbook, which is a 2-in-1 book that contains the guidebook and over 250 delicious and easy-to-make recipes. Both versions are available on Kindle too. The printed version of the cookbook has almost 400 color pages; it is beautiful.
